The database of liquidation properties, real estate listings, and homes for sale offered on the HUD Homes app consists of Government foreclosures for sale, known as HUD properties. HUD properties are often sold considerably below their market value, making them a great deal for buyers. HUD stands for Department of Housing and Urban Development (US government). A HUD property is a residential property acquired by HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. When iso FORECLOSURES, app FC's everytime! When iso homes, only a few are showing under 400G. This app is a ZERO! Now Zillow a 5 STAR app! Uninstalled
