Why does this all of the sudden want CAMERA Perms?

This and another app by the dev ("Swf Viewer") now suddenly changed and want "Camera Permissions" for a code VIEWER of all things??? That combined with the "Internet Permissions" it wants would make it an excellent way to SPY on the user. Hey dev, remove the permissions or at least explain what they are for please.

Please add *.h extension for c/c++ header files!
