It rarely happens that I rate an app with five stars. Don't take my word for it, research on your own and discover why Lookout is your best option. During your investigation you should discover that the developers of Lookout were the first to find malware targeting Android. In addition, they updated their software within an hour of the latest treat to Android "Droid Dream". Sadly but not unexpectedly, the threat is real. Be protected even if you choose another form of security.

I got this mostly for the location service if lost or stolen. But even though I'm not paranoid about virii yet, that feature is nice to have as well. Program has been perfect so far. (HTC Incredible 2)

Nice App, but my phone is running slower with it. I have an HTC hero and the hardware is not the best. It might work better on more powerful phones.

Nice app. The only thing is that it kills my battery! Fix it, then I'll re-install. Its worth 5 stars don't get me wrong. 3 for now... Samsung Capt.

Great idea with all the back up support. But fried my moto droid... quickly uninstalled....
