Just bought this app yesterday, but i can not add a contact to favourites features, click in "plus" this app not did it, i dont know why?

I love the features. But it's slow to open, slow response, slow to answer. For me, it's unusable, much as I love it. I give it a 5 for the features, but a 2 for the way it performs for me. Averages out to a 3.
