Overview
You can get battery and phone state of this android by using other terminal's (Windows etc.) web browser

Usage
Open "TetherState", and push "Service Start".
Input "http://ipaddress:port/" on the web browser of the other terminal.
ipaddress: This android IP address
port: Port number which set by this application

When should I use this application?
When you use the android as a portable Wi-Fi hotspots, this application is very useful.

Attention
In some devices, errors occur when you push "Service Start" immediately after push "Service Stop". In that case, please wait a few minutes.
"Tethering Setting" is a shortcut. In some devices, tethering (Portable Wi-Fi hotspot) may not be able to start up.
