Excellent app! Was able to track my sons stolen backpack and get it back because the phone was inside! Haha that was great!

Don't bother installing. This app is next to useless. "Relocate" doesn't. Have to locate a diff family member before "relocate" will actually relocate

WE NEED SOMETHING RELIABLE EVERYYYY DAY. Why can't Sprint "locate" this bug? Sprint appears to have too many "issues" lately!

Installed for free, but they charged me $5 on my next bill. I thought I would be able to try for free. Didn't work that way for me.

This dont give u right information. You can be miles away. It is slow and works 25% of the time

Will give a reading then 2 seconds later a completely different area, not sure if it goes by the last ping from the phone. I wish it was accurate

Gives 30yd results when lookout gives 7m, but consumes less battery and doesn't cause overheating. I would like to see accuracy improved.

App doesn't always open, accuracy is off. Tried locating my phone & my son's phone....one was right & one was wrong....off by almost a neighborhood.
