Shiny UI but seems useless in Atlantic Canada

In Toronto the App seems fully functional. In Atlantic Canada at Empire theaters I can see showtimes and info for the theater but can't buy tickets or use 'advanced' features. Makes it rather useless for me.

Too inconvenient. I dont want to enter all my information every time I buy ...

Loading seems to take forever, but Im using it to check the times.
