The quick deposit worked great until the last update. Their 'improved' photos made all of my check photos blurry and unusable. I want the last version

Just installed it to LG Optimus V (Virgin Mobile), primarily for the QuickDeposit feature. No luck, however; the pictures come out extremely blurry, unusable. It is as if the app takes the snapshot before the camera has had the time to focus. From what can be found on Google, this appears to be a bug with the latest update. Disappointing.

I have tried multiple times to log in to the app, but every time, it says, "We're temporarily unable to connect to Chase. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience." I can't even get into the app on my XPERIA x10. Anyone else having this problem?

I would rate this as the best institution based app I have seen. How to change from Best to Perfect? Why is it that credit card companies believe that we don't want to see running totals on out credit cards?????? You know my balance from the last statement.. You know the amounts of the single transactions.. There is no reason you can't show the running total after EACH transaction.

to all those who think quick deposit does not work...here is the fix. I got this from chase who called me to fix the issue. All you have to do is take a paper clip or a quarter and place it on the check. just make sure it is out of the way of the pertinent information on the check and badda bing quick deposit works again!! thanks chase for being so helpful!

The app is not friendly when it comes down to depositing checks. Since you don't have the option of removing the camera flash the light reflects off t
