I plugged in my headphones last night and turned on the Pure Sleep app and fell right to sleep in like 5 minutes! This rarely ever happens for me, and usually always toss and turn before falling asleep in 30 minutes (or more). This app really works and I recommend everyone download it; best of all it's free!
