I have used this app all the way to the end for 125 pushups 3 times now. Unfortunately, I have not been able to achieve 125 p/u without stopping.

This is brilliant. A personal trainer in your pocket! A few changes would be welcome though: - A reminder/alarm (letting you know it's time for your workout). - Being able to view the full plan, from start to finish. Not just a log showing your total push ups you've done.
Great app , really help me start my workout program . Need to know how to reset the program .
