If you're serious about increasing your core strength, follow this six week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 200 consecutive sit-ups!
Think there's no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal!
No doubt some of you can already do 100 consecutive sit-ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 sit-ups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.
However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive sit-ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 200 sit-ups!

This app is not staying "awake" during the timer between sets and I have to reset constantly. 100pushups app did not have this problem; please fix.

The exercise program on the site is good. The app fakes times; never get to hit done for last set. The # of reps suggested doesn't match iPhone app

Great app. Only problem is it won't post to Facebook when you are done with the workout.

Great app. Only 15 but managed the 200 without any extra help. Helped me persevere. Still using it with other crunch techniques. Wildfire. :)

I appreciate it's simplicity. By simple I mean that I can't easily review previous day or recorded a day without losing data. I can't see the plan

Good but two flaws so far. One, it dies not update Facebook as it says it does. Two, there needs to be a tone when the rest interval is over.

Needs alarm at end of rest period, would be nice if something prevented the screen from turning off too
