Weighty is a weight and BMI journal / tracker. Same as the free version, but with extra features such as:
- Adding notes to each reading
- Settings up alarms/reminders
- Sending reports (e.g. to your doctor)
- Cooler graphs

Note: Perform a backup in Lite and a restore in Full to transfer your data.
