Are you a Christian who wants an uplifting, affirming Bible verse each day to remind you of your identity in Christ Jesus?
Sometimes life just runs away with us, and we can get distracted away from what He has done for us, and just how much He loves us!
Identity in Christ is a Home screen Widget, and daily notification that reminds us of these things. An attractive small or large Widget that shows a verse each day from a large selection picked from the Bible, each of which is an affirmation of who you really are in Christ.
Switch between the English Standard Version (ESV) or a modern-English translation, to give excellent readability.
Clicking on your verse for the day shows an expanded view which allows you to focus in on the verse and choose from links to other translations online (NIV, KJV, The Message etc), or see the whole chapter. And if you need further uplifting reading, simply click to see the next affirming verse as well!
You can also 'Affirm a friend' at the click of a button, and send the affirming verse straight to them via an email, SMS text message, or copy to clipboard (to paste to Facebook, Google or Twitter for example). Share the blessing of a Bible verse with them too!
The optional notification can be shown each day alongside your daily tasks and appointments in the Notification Bar.
We're also excited to announce that we can bring you direct access to the mobile version of BibleGateway, so you can get even more out of the verse by simply clicking and going online and reading the whole chapter in any number of different translations of the Bible, using this excellent and trusted resource.
