Just like their website and everything else, the app has a tongue-in-cheek attitude. Being able to reserve, unlock, and honk from my phone is cool!

The phone app is superior because you can lock, unlock the car and blow the horn from your phone (useful in a huge parking lot). C'mon android devs!

Skeptical at first, but now I don't even use my zipcard after having scanned in once. Minimal time delay between touching the button and unlocking.

Very handy when you need to Zip around on a whim! Only gripes: no blocked-out times for cars, no searching by price, and the clunky time spinner.
