Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is an expression used around the world as a way of seeing if your weight is appropriate for your height.

There are four different height units to choose from:
Metres
Centimetres
Feet and Inches
Inches

And there are three different weight units to choose from:
Kg
Stone and Pounds
Pounds

Also gender and age is taken into consideration.

Once you've calculated your BMI, an information box will pop up giving you information relating to your BMI result and what can be done to maintain or improve your BMI.

There are six different brackets:

The first is 0-18.4 which is the underweight bracket
The second is 18.5-24.9 which is the normal bracket
The third is 25-29.9 which is the overweight bracket
The fourth is 30-34.9 which is the obese bracket
The fifth is 35-39.9 which is the very obese bracket
The sixth is 40 which is the morbidly obese bracket
