An anatomy reference for the most common trigger points and referral patterns for over 70 muscles. Features 100 trigger points with their corresponding referral patterns. Each muscle includes the visual referral pattern and point location, plus a written muscle action, referral and comments for each muscle. You can choose to view each muscle individually, or use the zones view to see all the muscles that refer into a specific area, a great help in discovering the source of pain.
Trigger points are tight places in a muscle that cause pain to be felt elsewhere in the body. This is great for massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, or anyone wanting to discover the source of muscular pain, and learn about muscle function.

I recently noticed that the action described for the upper trapezius fibers is incorrect. It indicates "downward rotation of glenoid fossa", however it is actually UPWARD rotation. It also doesn't indicate elevation for upper and depression for lower fibers. Overall I like this app, but would also like to be able to depend on it's accuracy, and I only noticed that one muscle so far. Same can be said for "Learning Muscles" app.

As a chiropractor, this is an invaluable tool. Great job on the interface design too. Very slick. Keep the updates coming!

So rough was expecting more detail on the trigger points and ways to release them but it is only a body map with dots
