Bennie King

Bennie King, born Ike Opene is a UK Hip Hop star with an international appeal. His music has club and dance influences with a rapid fire rap delivery.

Born March 12 to a British dad and Nigerian mother he got a degree in Petroleum engineering from University but switched to a career in music. "Its not always about the money...its about the love " he once said.

Ike later went ahead to study music technology and audio engineering in world famous IMW, London.

He was also originally a pioneer member of the Magic Soul Search Crew a now defunct college rap collective.
As a solo artist he has garnered a huge online following .

His first EP titled CLUB was released in January 2010 and recieved significant mention in the media. Bennie King's latest singles H.I.T.M.A.N and LOW are from his forthcoming debut self titled album billed for release 2012
