Phantom Music Control

Universal self-hiding music control widget designed for WidgetLocker Lockscreen.

** If you have problems with Winamp support, open Winamp settings and check "Control Headset" option. It will work as charm. **

** Music player setting is only available after you place the widget, not if you run it from launcher. **

Widely supported music control widget capable of hiding itself while there is no track playing. It is designed to be used with WidgetLocker Lockscreen, however it is possible to use it on your homescreen as well.

- Experimentally Samsung TouchWiz (Pro only)
- Almost any other player (such as doubleTwist, Winamp, Meridian, ³/Cubed, MortPlayer, MIUI, Zimly, Songbird, Pocket Casts, etc.) in compatibility mode (Pro only)

Features:
- Auto-hide with various hide/reveal settings
- WidgetLocker events integration
- Possibility to show/remove some elements such as volume control and current track info
- Eight graphical (H7C is just like Sense, Metro like WP7, Aero like Windows 7's Media Player, MIUI style and Xperia style are self-explainatory) and one chromeless theme (minimalistic text inspired by Clockr and Calendr)
- Battery saving mode with almost zero energy consumption
- Localised to 19 languages (some fully, some partially)

Warning:
Do not forget, that not all players are supported, and that you need to hold your finger on your home screen in order to place a widget. Please do not try to find it in application drawer.

The widget was great when I was just using the basic music player and Mixzing. Pro doesn't play as nice with Music Player Beta. It will sometimes show the wrong track name on the widget.

This is the only music widget I can find that hides itself. Great for WidgetLocker as an alternative to the music controls on the stock lockscreen. Also, the developer answered I question I had very promptly. You'll have to translate his webpage to find his email but it's there and he responds :-) Support for Amazon MP3 and Google Listen would be nice future developments.

I was unable to use this widget as I have Android 2.3. Making it not usable isn't going to make me buy it. I like free versions because they give you a chance to test before you buy. I am definetly not going to buy it now.
