Must fix UI so it doesn't go to the first article when going back ...

Must fix UI so it doesn't go to the first article when going back to the list. Also must fix favorite / refresh bug. Both issues are VERY annoying. Good news. UI needs to remember list index instead of going to top. Often stops refreshing forcing a reinstall. Favorites now cause weird refresh bug.

Notification bar is completely hidden. Screen doesn't sleep when app is open. When returning to article list, previous position is not remembered.
