ASTRO SMB Module

Adds SMB (Windows) networking to the ASTRO File Manager. Allows browsing, copy, paste, etc. of files on a Windows or SAMBA server.

* Requires ASTRO File Manager 2.4.1 or newer. Only works through ASTRO. No icon will be added.

Does NOT work with Galaxy S2

Can not connect to any smb file shares with this product using a Samsung Galaxy S2, nor a Motorola Atrix. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It just doesn't communicate over the network. Kind of makes SMB useless.

Enough said... Didn't work on gingerbread before update and still doesn't. I gave it a chance, but unfortunately - uninstall.

The library works fine and does recognize Win7 shares if win7 is configured (less secure) for it. Will not connect to Win7 shares it cannot modify.

Was great before latest update. Now it force closes 100% of the time. Droid1
