I had an issue with the amazon download version. Customer support emailed me several times and phoned me when it looked like I was doing some wrong. I downloaded it again from the android market and it works great. Customer service called amazon and gave me directions on how to get a refund. They helped straighten it out and now I can't see myself without it. Awesome app.
