It does exactly what it says, but it is just really, really slow. The refresh rate is closer to a Kindle than a Tablet. It would be great it there was USB functionality to connect the tablet. Sadly, the developer has stated there are no plans to implement. It's useful for having Gmail or something slow on there. Unusable for Chat or anything that updates.

Was able to connect both options, but as echoed in other posts, the wifi option is lagged, and also the mouse didn't point to where it was supposed to point, and the USB was still lagged, marginally better than the USB, but coupled with smaller size of all the text compared to my laptop, I can't really see me using this to be more productive. Planning on buying a USB connected Toshiba LCD portable monitor, or Lenovo one, both 14", connect and are powered by USB, and less than 2 lbs and 1 inch thick...

This app is great. Splits my screen up (so now i run 3), but also allows be to carry a screen when i meet with other people within the building. Yes the App is a little slow, which can be expected, how to have for e-mails, messaging apps which frees up my screens for work, which i can still review any chat on the fly

Does what it says, but it is definitely on the slow side. Couldn't connect with USB despite following instructions. Resolution doesn't quite match up making it awkward to really use the mouse. My G-Slate is 1280x768 which iDisplay correctly detects, but then because of the system bar at the bottom of HoneyComb, there's less display space. The display is then scaled to the remaining space, but the cursor detects based on the original scale.

I love the idea. In practice, it is unusably slow for me, but please keep working on it. I'm using Win7x64 Pro, 8G RAM, Core i7-720, and ATI HD5730 on wired connection to a Wireless N router. Using Xoom on WiFi N to connect has 1-2 seconds of mouse lag, made worse with much movement. Seems odd that it is so much slower than RDC, VNC, and Splashtop type solutions, but it is doing something different as well.

App doesn't work on Windows 7 for me, and the website has no instructions to install this app properly, let alone how to troubleshoot it. This should never have been released in its current state; I do not recommend this at all.

Framerate is slow, but good enough to watch video acceptably. Incredible simple to install and get started on a Mac. Mac support is the red-headed stepchild of most great software and I'm glad to see how easy it is to find this solution in the Wild West of the Android market. Kudos to the dev, and I hope he keeps working on optimizing the frame rate. Maybe by sacrificing video quality, somewhere?

there is significant lag between my latop and xoom. I've tried it both over wifi and usb and the speed is not good enough for video, even the mouse lags. the refund policy is only 15 minutes, so by the time you figure this out, it's too late. they need to make it a LOT faster!

Due to funky network settings required at the moment, I was unable to use WiFi and had to do with USB. USB is horrible, despite USB 2.0's max real-world bandwidth of about 320Mbps. What's more is that I already have a second display and I use Fences, connecting this seems to shift all my icons and primary display functions to the tablet. I wasn't able to find any settings to correct it.

This app is great but I was shocked when I learned it doesn't work on honeycomb...well maybe not shocked. Isn't a tablet sized screen sort of the best-case scenario? Hopefully they get this worked out fast. Those of you that want to use this over the net...really? The latency alone would be terrible not to mention the complete lack of security. You have to be on the same wifi network for good reason...and you can always set up an adhoc if need be. App will be great when they unlock it's full potential
