Passwords written on a sheet of paper or in a computer file, at risk of loss or theft!
Cannot think of new passwords!
This program is your answer. Using an algorithm to generate unique password based on the domain name, or company name, and a personal pin number for every place where you require one. For a certain domain name and pin the program will produce the same password each time.
It is difficult to remember lots of different passwords and we are expected to have a different one for every site. Most of us have a piece of paper somewhere with a list of our passwords if we use different ones. The purpose is remove that piece of paper and its security issues. Using your phone you will always be able to generate the password for the site as long as your remember the pin you used whether logging in on your phone, desktop or someone else's machine.
Here all you have to remember is your pin which is a number you choose. Any time you need to log on you can just re-enter the pin and domain name and the password will be produced. Password Generator does not store or retain any of the information - thus there is not a security risk if you lose your phone. In addition the password is not shared with any system.
Domain name: Here enter the domain name of the site that you require the password for. Do not enter the "http://www." or the ".com". Rather just the name of the site, i.e. facebook or gmail. If you have two different login's under one name, i.e. Amazon and Amazon.com/careers use amazon and amazoncareers.
Pin: The Pin is any number great than 1000 and the same pin should be used for all your passwords. Ideally should be more than 5 digits long. We would recommend a bank pin, telephone number, memorable date or any other number.
Special Characters: This is check box and is selected if the site allows special characters. Some sites don't so it should be unchecked then.
Changes Regularly: This is selected if you have to change our password regularly, i.e. many corporate passwords, and enter the date of the last change below in the format MM.YYYY or QQ.YYYY if your password changes monthly or quarterly respectively. If it changes every 90 days, use QQ.YYYY and just us a 5th quarter for the last few days of the year.
Password : the password generated can be copied and pasted into other apps.

Love having an app that tracks passwords on web sites that require you to change your passwords every 90 days.
