It's such a great service to use and a really well designed application. Too bad all that is ruined because it's super slow, sync lags the UI.

I'm not sure what the $25/year is supposed to pay for, since the Android app has barely improved over the last 12-18 months. It's surely not going toward web app development, since that hasn't changed, nor is it making a difference in iOS development since it took them forever to release an iPad app. As much as I like RTM, it's simply not worth the money. Since I've discovered Toodledo supports repeating tasks after completion date, I will be using that with DGT GTD & ToDo instead.

I've used RTM for 5 years now, and love it, but I certainly don't love it enough to pay $25 a year. Maybe once, but not every year. There's been 0 development on the web app since I started using it and now that I really need an app that seamlessly syncs to my phone, I find myself neither liking the app they offer nor the price. Looks like after 5 years I am switching task managers.

Looks good but no way am I paying $25 a year for it. A one of charge of $2 or so would be fine, but but an annual fee - no.

Bin sehr zufrieden, da ich nun zuverlässig meine Aufgaben zwischen Windows und Android synchronisieren kann. Der Preis ist m.E. absolut unangemessen. Deshalb auch 2 Sterne Abzug.

Don't get conned. Android market this app is wrongly labelled as free. Once installed it says you have 15 days free trial before paying.

It syncs like a champ, which is something that can't be said for most of the other advanced todo list apps that I've found. That being said, it's $25/year. I'm willing to pay that until something better comes along. (ToodleDo has the same features I used from the RtM website, for free, but doesn't sync RELIABLY with any Android apps.) Adding Scrolling Widget support for the LauncherPro & ADW launchers would be a big plus for this app.

As others have said, $25 a year is too expensive for a task management application. I would expect a much more robust and flexible Android application for that amount of money. I let me subscription end over a year ago and haven't been back. It's a shame too, since the web version is rather good.

Agreed - $25 is a VERY fair price! Great GTD app, nothing else has batch operations, and syncing is flawless!

I wish people would read the description instead of giving an app 1 star for being "misleading", when the first thing stated is you need a Pro account

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:
http://www.Gtdagenda.com
You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.
