Needs better progress reporting in the app. The desktop does this well. The need to keep a log of the last few attempts especially whether they succeeded or failed. When it works it is quite good. Long time user I have been using Missing Sync for years with my Treo to my Mac. Bought it for my new droid 2. Works great! Syncs automaticly via WiFi

Buyer beware. Product does not work. No tech support. Dejaoffice and companion link do work. Look at that program before getting this product.

Hard to use. Does not play well with Mac products. Would not recommend.

Using this I frequently have data I'll write in Outlook or Fliq that when synced gets lost and over-written by the unchanged data from the other side. Their synchronization algorithms are poor and amateurish.
