Aldiko is a powerful ebook reader with a beautiful, easy-to-use interface that organizes and displayes all your ebooks on a nice-looking virtual "book shelf" and it recognizes just about every ebook format out there. It always remembers where you left off, and has built-in bookmarks, day/night mode, dictionary, store, and all the other features you'd expect from an ebook reader app. Long-press on any word to pull up a dictionary, web search or to copy & paste. Not so amazing on a tablet, sadly. I think they need to look at HW acceleration or something - the bookshelf views get very laggy and difficult to browse. Reading still works great, though. A500

After thorough review i actually liked this ver after eariler complaints. Calibre conver program works great to convert my old pdb files into epub.

Installed this app this afternoon, absolutely no different to the free copy I had already found on my tablet! Perhaps I'm missing the bigger picture...along with all the features advertised on this product! Very disappointed.

After I purchased the reader I found that I can indeed import Adobe Digital Editions PDF books that I downloaded from my library. The unfortunate part is that the text is to small and there is no way to change font size and have it 'flow' throughout the rest of the book.

Very nice software for ebook reading. Organization of books could be better (different shelves). pdf reader does not wrap text.

Love this book reader, works great on my rooted nook color. I like how you can adjust the brightness while in a book, just wish the pdfs scaled better
