Glympse is the easiest way to safely share your location with someone in real time. No sign-up needed and no new social network to manage. Recipients receive a link allowing them to view your ETA and location in real-time for the length of time you choose.
When the timer on your Glympse expires, your location is no longer visible. Best of all, recipients do not need any special software to view a Glympse. Send a Glympse via SMS, email, Facebook or Twitter, and recipients can view it using any web-enabled device.

Note about our WIDGET: Many versions of Android do not allow widgets to work for apps installed to the SD card. If you encounter this issue, moving the application back to main memory should resolve the issue.

We have used this app for several months and found it to be great. But in the last six weeks, it has become unreliable. Positions are wildly inaccurate and sometimes it simply refuses to work at all. I've messaged the maker but the app still fails more often than it works.

What use to be a green arrow is now at times a green, gray or gold circle. And this circle now is inside a larger purple circle. How about a legend?

Excellent app! Sometimes it drops glympses, they get "stuck", but it is not too often. If it weren't for that, 5 stars for sure :)

I love the time feature. It makes it so easy to share your location based on your own specifications. The +15min feature is extremely handy as well. Glympse is rock solid and I like how it's available for all of the major phone platforms. No account sign up or anything like that. Easy to use + very accurate. I had continual issues with Latitude which caused me to look elsewhere. Google, I love you, but Latitude is lacking. Badly. Glympse fills in all the gaps + far far more. Terrific job devs!
