Kazaloo is a fun social app to flirt, swap photos and chat with new people
No registration, login or activitation is needed.
Capture a profile photo and let the fun begin! All the people you will see is online and available to chat. Unlike other apps we don't create fake profiles with beautiful models, everyone here is real (including users who like taking pictures of pictures pretending to be, to each his own ;)
Profiles are not permanent. If you log out, your photo will disappear from the online users list and you will be required to take a new photo next time you launch the app.
This is the free version of Kazaloo. It is supported by advertising and is missing two features: Viewing pictures in high resolution and saving them. If you are interested on these features and want also a 100% ad-free app, feel free to check the paid version.
About inappropriate content and bans.
Adult or bad taste content is not allowed in Kazaloo. This is NOT an adults-only app. Free or paid users submitting inappropriate content will be kicked or banned.
Kazaloo needs the following system permissions to work, and here is why:
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - We cache the online users thumbs to the phone memory so once they are downloaded there is no need to download them again, so we need permision to write into it. When you leave the app, they are removed to recover the space.
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - If you wish, you can attach a coarse location based on network (3g or wifi, not gps) to your profile, so users can see your country and city, we need this permission in order to access your current location.
android.permission.VIBRATE - You can have your phone to vibrate for every incoming Kazaloo message.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - We need this one in order to know if the phone has currently internet connection.
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - Some advertising such as video ads may be shown only when connected to wifi networks to avoid using to much bandwidth and long waits, this permission is used for that by some advertisers. The paid version does not require this one.
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK - A partial wake lock is used so we can notify you of incoming messages, even if you are not actively using your phone. Also required for GCM (see GET_ACCOUNTS permission)
android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS - On version 0.9.Z we switched to Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) system as the background service for sending and receiving messages between users, way more secure and reliable. This permission is required in order to work.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - A controversial one and certainly something you should look into. It's also a pain for us and would love not to ask you for it, unfortunately some advertisers require it in order to access a unique identifer to track ad impressions. It's only required for the ad sdk to work, and we at Kazaloo don't use it, so the paid version does not require this one.
android.permission.INTERNET - This one is obvious.
android.permission.CAMERA - This one too ;)
Thank you for using Kazaloo, if you like the app please consider leaving a rate or comment as it really helps us towards having more users. If it's a problem consider sending an email instead, as there is no way for us to reply to comments or get back to you. Enjoy!

Great premise, tho filtering would be a great addition along with using stored photos as already said. they really need to work on their report and ban feature, i've been banned twice now, once for a picture of my cat, and once with a picture of my lowlife belt buckle. get real!

Too many perverts, kills your battery, takes up too much space. All around the worst app on the market.
