A View From My Seat is a community driven photo sharing app and resource geared towards sports & concert fans.

The concept is simple. When you're at an event, share a photo, your comments and a rating for your seat. Next time you're thinking of getting tickets to a baseball, football, hockey, basketball, soccer or a racing event, use this app to look around the venue and find great seats. Don't end up with an obstructed view. Find the best place to see the team and mascot.

This app grows as fans share their photos. We want fans from your home town to share photos from your seats.

This app is a great compliment to any ticket site like StubHub, SeatGeek or TicketMaster. They give you seating charts and fake 3D renderings. We give you real fan photos, from the seats, at the venue, during live games and events.

To make photo sharing more fun, you can tweak and customize any of your photos with one touch filters.

You can earn trophies every time you share a photo. You can earn Phillies Fan by sharing a few photos from Citizens Bank Park or become a Bat Boy for sharing baseball photos in general. Really active users can become a Manager, Coach or Announcer.

To make photo sharing more convenient, A View From My Seat can tie into your Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts. Doing this allows you to share a photo once and have it automatically cataloged in aviewfrommyseat.com, sent to your Facebook wall, posted with a shortened url to your Twitter and posted on your Tumblr blog. Your photo can be on 4 sites with 1 click.

For all the fans out there that love a good road trip, we've built in two features to help enhance your experience. Driving directions and Road Trip maps.

Driving directions are available for the majority of the 1500 venues in A View From My Seat. Say you're down in Florida for Spring Training and want to stadium hop. Find the venue you want to go to in A View From My Seat, look around it to see where you'd like to buy tickets, then click the driving directions button to connect to google maps and get accurate directions.

Road Trip Maps are generated for every fan who creates a profile and shares at least one photo. Each time you share a photo, our system grabs the GPS location for that venue and plots it on a map. These maps can be seen on and shared from aviewfrommyseat.com.

If you don't go to events but are an avid sports fan, we have something for you as well, wallpapers. All the photos in A View From My Seat can be downloaded and used as wallpaper on your phone. That's well over 20,000 sports photos at your finger tips ready to customize your phone.

To make finding photos from your favorite venues even more convenient, you can have favorites. Add all your favorite stadiums and ball parks to your favorites for one click access to new photos from those venues as they are shared.

A View From My Seat is young project. It contains a lot of photos from a few venues and a few photos from a lot of venues. Show support for your favorite teams, ball parks and stadiums by sharing a photos from games you've been to or while your at a game. This helps create a following for your teams and encourages greater participation.

A View From My Seat in not limited to just U.S. teams and venues, it can work anywhere. Our football fan support across Europe is growing fast especially within the Premier League.
