I really like this LWP. It looks wonderful on my xoom and has lots of great options. I own quite a few of Kittehface's LWPs and have not been disappointed with any of them. I would like to make a suggestion that there be a option for the user to choose which flags to display and have the program rotate the displayed flags based on time, wake up, etc

I love this wallpaper! My only suggestion would be to leave the users custom background image as is instead of distorting/stretching it into a 3D style background.
