There is not a single app on market that works perfectly on all the devices, and so is this. It's been observed that
For android 2.3 , VOICE DOWNLINK option works. (Voice Downlink is an AUDIO SOURCE, you can select it from Settings)
For versions below 2.3, recoding with "MIC with speakerphone ON" works. Unfortunately that's the only option. Same thing is observed with other similar apps on market. Still you can try different combinations of AUDIO SOURCE & WITH AND WITHOUT HEADPHONE!
