Bad answer. The 50% discount is mention in your blog, on the market (try lite version, 50% off full version price), etc.

Make an offer that still appears (suggest you provide a date where offer is valid on the various locations where the offer appears) to be active and stand behind it!!!!

Bad customer service; hope this is the extent of it.
