App works fine, tech support and drm are a nightmare. It turns out you can only install it on one device and trying to get them to switch the license is next to impossible. They have given me the run around for the past five days with numerous emails back and forth. Hopefully you never need support from them. I gave it a one not because the app is bad but because the support is down right infuriating and the drm is draconian.

Very nice navigation. Best on Android I have found so far. Need to import own POI. Points handling can be improved. Need external gps. Still crashes.

Installed and downloaded 500 mb map, refuses to start without activation. Can't find any way to activate trial version. Wasted time and effort to try to get it to work. Uninstalling and forgetting. Too bad you can't give 0 star rating.

Had trouble activating due to "too stupid to own technology" issues. Received a support response within minutes of sending trouble ticket. After several email exchanges over a period of a couple hours, the problem was solved. Thanks for the patience and professionalism Samuel. Software isn't perfect, but good value for the cost.
