This is a fantastic USA weather app which support voice. Like Iphone 4S, it speak out the weather for you.
Most android phones have TTS load which support speech synthesis function. If you have an old version phone, please make sure TTS is installed. If you don't already have it, you can download for free onto your phone using the Android Market:
On your phone, open the Market app
Search for TTS
Select the app Text-To-Speech Extended to install
