Report it to us directly via the app • Subject-specific and direct contact to Swisscom via call FOR RESIDENTIAL NATEL® POSTPAID CUSTOMERS • Check the balance of SMS and data included in your NATEL® plan• Check your current usage charges• View your bills (PDF) and check their payment status• Manage options and data packages for your personal plan• Manage call barring • Check the expiry date of your NATEL® planFOR RESIDENTIAL NATEL® PREPAID CUSTOMERS Residential NATEL® prepaid customers can use My Swisscom to check their balance and to restrict certain types of outgoing calls from their mobile phone (for example to 0900 numbers).FOR FIXED NETWORK AND DSL CUSTOMERS Customers who use the landline network can use My Swisscom to keep track of their usage and their bills. If you are a DSL customer, you can use My Swisscom to switch your private WLAN (Wi-Fi) on and off and find the password of your private Wi-Fi.••••• LOGIN •••••You can access My Swisscom via the Swisscom mobile network or via a WLAN connection. Within the Swiss 3G network, you will be automatically logged in by identification of your NATEL® number. You will need your Swisscom Login if you are using a WLAN connection. You can also use your NATEL® number to log in. ••••• CHARGES •••••My Swisscom is for free. The My Swisscom app can be used for free within the Swisscom network in Switzerland. Costs will only be incurred for data transmission when Google Maps is used.
