Asus Believes It Will Be One of the First Manufacturers to Roll Out Android 5.0 Jelly Bean
Asus is certainly ahead of the game when it comes to delivering the latest version of Android to its products. The Asus Transformer Prime was the first Android tablet capable of boasting its Android 4.0 goodness. In fact, Asus believes it will be able to deliver the latest version of Android when it launches sometime next year to its products. Asus practically confirmed that Android 5.0 will be known as Jelly Bean, but also, it owes its tight relationship with Google to the fact that it will be able to roll-out Jelly Bean so swiftly.
If Asus is able to launch Android 5.0 on its products very soon after Google launches its own flagship Nexus device with the software, then it will definitely gain popularity among its tablets and smartphones. During these past few months, Asus turned quite a few heads when it produced Android 4.0 on its Transformer Prime so soon after it was released publicly.
Of course, Android 5.0 is still under tight wraps by Google, and we will have wait a good amount of time before Google reveals any information about Jelly Bean.
