Best Buy Inadvertently Reveals Pricing Of The Motorola Droid 2
Another day and another leak of information regarding the highly anticipated Motorola Droid 2. Best Buy first revealed the expected launch date of the Motorola Droid 2 when an internal document said it would ship August 12. Now, a local Best Buy pinned a price tag on a dummy Moto Droid 2 which is probably the real deal when it launches.
As you can probably expect, Best Buy placed the conventional $199 price tag on the Droid 2. If you decide to purchase the Droid 2 off contract, it will cost you $599. If you’re still skeptical about the Droid 2 touting Froyo, the Best Buy price tag also says it comes with Android 2.2. With the Droid 2 launch right around the corner, we’re still waiting on the official word from Verizon.
