Dark Nebula Episode Two rolling onto Android later this year

Free Lunch Design released their popular and award winning labyrinth type game Dark Nebula on to the Android platform back in June this year after being a huge hit on iOS. It has also proved to be a tremendously successful release as an Android app. Because of the huge interest in the game to date, Free Lunch Design have now decided that they will be making the Android game available on more than 10 new Android app stores later in the month.

As well as announcing that they will be making Dark Nebula Episode 1 more widely available to the Android community, the company have also announced that they will be releasing Episode 2 of Dark Nebula on to the Android platform as well. The second episode of the Dark Nebula franchise has already been released for Apple’s iPhone and has surpassed the six million downloads mark, so it’s no wonder that Free Lunch Design want to bring the very popular successor to the original Dark Nebula game over to the Android market as well. The game play basically involves tilting your device to roll, bounce and slide a ball safely around a ‘track’, trying to avoid traps and trying not to fall over the edge of the course, in a similar fashion to the game play found on the classic game Labyrinth. Players are encouraged to earn gold stars by completing the levels in the best way possible.

Episode 1 is already available on the Google Play store to download now for $0.99/£0.79. There is no information on how much Dark Nebula Episode 2 will be on Android when it is released but, if it follows the iOS pricing, it’s likely to cost around twice as much as the first instalment of the game at $1.99/£1.49. Free Lunch Design are said to be getting ready to release part two of their game in the Fall, so Dark Nebula fans shouldn’t have all that long of a wait before Episode 2 can be rolling it’s way on to their Android devices.
