Facebook Cover Photo Maker Android App Released

WIND Mobile have just released a brand new app onto the Android market. The ‘Cover Photo Maker app’ allows you to easily create cover photos for your Facebook profile. With the new Timeline being rolled out to pretty much everyone’s Facebook profiles now, almost everyone has the option of adding a cover photo to add a bit more personality and flare to their Facebook profile but, it can be hard deciding what to use and finding a picture that actually works well with the dimensions of the cover photo. This particular Android app released by WIND Mobile solves that problem though.

The company have released the app as an Android exclusive and the only restriction is that you need Android 2.2 or above to be running on your Android smartphone or tablet, which fortunately is only a problem for less than 5 percent of Android devices that aren’t able to update to later Android versions. Once downloaded onto your Android device, you can upload pictures from your phone or tablet and add different themes and filters before uploading your newly created Facebook cover photo onto Facebook to use.

At the moment there are only three themes available in the app – Love WIND, Silly Stuff and School Life but, WIND Mobile already have more themes in the works, such as Milestones, Vacations, Happy Halloween and Happy Holidays and claim they are coming soon. As well as having different themes available for users to choose from, the app has different effects or filters that can be used on users photos, such as black and white or sepia effects.

The app is available on Google Play already and is free to download.
