Glu Mobile’s Contract Killer 2: Shadow Conspiracy out now on Google Play
First we had Contract Killer, then we got Contract Killer Zombies and last night Glu Mobile released the 3rd game in the series with Contact Killer 2 Shadow Conspiracy. Each of the first two games brought something new to the table, and I’m happy to report that Contact Killer 2 does the same and is easily the best of the bunch.
Contract Killer 2: Shadow Conspiracy lets you step into the role of Jack Griffin… assassin extraordinaire. Yup, we get a bit of a storyline this go round’ as well as a bona fide anti-hero in Jack Griffin. You’ll still get to take on a slew of assassination missions, but you’ll get to kill up close and personal in 3rd person during some stages and from afar with a scope in others. The weapons are varied and there looks to be around 20 different weapons including sniper rifles, brass knuckles, and beasts like the Predator .50 cal. As usual, some weapons and gear can be bought with money earned in the game while others will require Glu Coins.
I spent a bit of time with Contract Killer 2 last night, and I have to admit I’ve been pretty impressed thus far. The two earlier games were good, but this one’s quite a bit different and seems to have a lot going on. You can expect a review of Contact Killer 2 next week, until then I highly advise you check it out for yourself on Google Play.
