HTC Merge/Lexikon Rumored for November 11 Launch
Interested in the heavily rumored Verizon Wireless smartphone: the HTC Merge/Lexikon? Well Droid-Life is reporting a rumor that states the latest HTC smartphone on the Verizon network is expected to launch on November 11, a little over a month from today. We have yet to hear of an official name and price tag for the HTC Merge/Lexikon, but it would be reasonable to expect the device to sell for $199 on a two year contract.
In addition, the boot load animation has surfaced on YouTube, which can be viewed below. And while the phone may not yet be available to the public, it is always nice to see an unofficial phone in action. Currently, the HTC Merge is expected to feature a 3.7 inch touch screen, slider keyboard, Android 2.2, 800MHz processor, and a 5MP camera with 720p video recording.
