Motorola Droid 3 Appears In China, Smiles for Camera
The rumor mill is starting to pick up as more and more rumors and leaks regarding the Motorola Droid 3 are starting to surface. Apparently, a Chinese blog happened to get their hands on the upcoming, unannounced Motorola Milestone 3, aka the Motorola Droid 3. The picture above represents one of the clearest images of the Droid 3 that we currently have.
In addition, the blog, xda.cn, is able to confirm many of the specs that have already been rumored to be present in the Droid 3. For instance, the Droid 3 will feature a 4.0 inch qHD display, 8MP rear facing camera, HDMI out, a dual-core OMAP processor, and 512MB of RAM. Unfortunately, there is no word on what version of Android the Droid 3 will launch with, but my bet is that it launches with Gingerbread and a revamped Blur skin. Also, there is a good chance it will launch without 4G LTE connectivity, which is sure to disappoint many people who live in an area covered by Verizon’s 4G LTE network.
As of now, the latest rumor claims the Droid 3 will launch on July 7th, but pricing information is still unknown.
