PlayStation App Coming Soon to Android Phones
Are you a Playstation gamer? Do you participate at the PlayStation Network – checking up your game tropies, keeping up to date with your friends’ games and online status? If yes, then you’d be glad to know that pretty soon, the official PlayStation Android app will be released enabling you to do those things using your Android phone.
The European PlayStation Blog has announced about the release of the official PlayStation Android app. Aside from the features we’ve mentioned, the Android app will also let you discover all the latest games, news and hardware for your Sony PlayStation 3, PSP, and PlayStation 2. The will also have quick link to the European PlayStation Blog as well as share your favorite products or news with your friends via Facebook, Twitter or email.
Initially, the PlayStation Android app version 1.0 will be available in UK, German, Spain, France, Italy and the Netherlands. The version supporting SCEE countries and languages will follow soon.
There’s no word yet on when the Android App is coming out. So, you’d be better off checking out the European PlayStation blog from time to time.
