Prepare for the Olympics with Toons Summer Games 2012 for Android
With the 2012 Summer Olympics just around the corner I’ve been waiting for some good Olympic games to drop and we’ve gotten a few in the past several days. Toons Summer Games 2012 from MobileMediaCom is one of those games and it looks pretty damned cool.
Toons Sumer Games 2012 lets you take on the Olympics as several different animals including a cat, turtle, and a gracious gorilla. You get to compete in events including Swimming, BMX, Ping Pong, Canoeing, Weightlifting, and the Hammer Throw among others. The game has a Global Ranking system that’s used to raise your countries individual and world rankings and there are plenty of Toon Boost power-ups you can use to improve your game.
Verdict
I just found this one a few minutes ago, and it immediately reminded me of the awesome old Animalypics toon from the 80s. If you are too young to remember it… I’m sorry and if you do remember it you know how awesome it truly was. I plan on buying this one and giving it a run tonight as there is no free version available and it looks like a really cool game.
