PressReader HD Now Available for Your Android Honeycomb Tablet
Newspaper Direct has released a new version of their Press Reader Android app which is now optimized for Honeycomb tablets running Android 3.0/3.1 such as the Asus Eee Pad Transformer, HTC Flyer, Motorola XOOM and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1. In case you have not used PressReader before on your Android smartphone, this Android app gives you access to more than 1,800 full-content newspapers and magazines from more than 95 countries and in 48 languages. The PressReader Android app for tablet takes full advantage of the larger screens and hardware acceleration features of Android tablets.
Available now as a free download from the Android Market, the app gives you 7 trial issues for free which you can use to download either 7 issues of one particular newspaper or magazine or one issue each of different titles. Succeeding issues will cost you $0.99.
