Since this game involves military tanks and armories at your disposal, the game has to be as realistic as possible when it comes to sound effects, graphic renderings, and animation. Gladly, the game did not fail in this department. Hence, you can see and hear the enemy tanks blow up, leave a mass of iron in the battlefield, shell explodes on the ground, and even how missiles miss their targets. In other words, Armored Defense’s game graphics is simply awesome.
Armored Defense Android Game Review – Gameplay
Armored Defense Android game offers two difficulty levels – Rookie and Veteran. In addition, you can also choose from three military careers to take upon – volunteer, regular or elite. Each of these difficulty levels and military careers would give you countless hours of fun and challenging gaming experience.
Like many other Tower Defense game, your objective is of course to defend your territory against hordes of armored vehicles that will try to invade your areas. Your task is to put strategically your different tower of defense. You can use the game environment’s rugged terrains to strategically position your line of defense. The game also allows you to call for air support when needed.
At your disposal are several weapons that would improve your chances of defending your tower and defeating your enemies. These include – speed boost, stealth mode, self-repair, anti-missiles, and Tortoise.
And to help you out with your quest, the game also has a training mode. This is essential in familiarizing yourself with the different with the towers and armored vehicles so that you can use them effectively later on.
Armored Defense Android Game Review - Our Verdict
Honestly, I never expected that I’d enjoy Armored Defense. I’m not really a fan of military tower defense type of games. But when I started playing Armored Defense, I would have to say that I enjoyed it a lot. The excitement factor has successfully crept into me and made me continue playing the game since I first fired it up.
If you enjoy Tower Defense games with a dash of strategy and rpg elements, you’d enjoy Armored Defense Android game. It’s available in both lite version as well as paid version which will cost you $4.40 from the Android Market.
