Rumor – Possible ASUS Nexus Tablet image Hits the Web
I usually don’t jump on the rumor bandwagon, but as I’m in the market for a new tablet I’ve been paying attention to anything involving the ASUS Nexus Tablet or ASUS in general to be honest. Well, the interweb got hit by a rumored render of the new Nexus Tablet, and as you can see, it’s pretty bland and probably a ruse to get us all excited.
If it’s a ruse it worked, as it actually made me stop thinking about the Samsung Galaxy S3 and start thinking about the ASUS Nexus Tablet. In my personal opinion, the pic is probably fake and it looks to be more of a 10” tab over the rumored 7” incher, but there have been other rumors suggesting Google’s going to drop a 10” tab. The picture that was put out today definitely shows a Tablet, and it does have a certain ASUS style to it I guess, but who really knows for sure. The only thing that’s certain at this point is that everyone knows it’s coming, and most of us are thinking it’s going to be sooner than later, but nobody’s got any solid information yet.
Either way it looks to be an awesome summer if even half the rumors flying around prove to be true; we may see 2 new Kindle tabs, an ASUS Nexus Tablet (or two), and the awesomeness known as the ASUS Padfone. It’s an exciting time to be into Android as the games, apps, and devices all just keep getting better. Apple may still have the tablet market cornered, but I’ve got a feeling Google is going to gain some ground this summer.
