Samsung Announces The Samsung Continuum Launching On Verizon On November 11

Hours before Samsung’s special press event, SamsungMobileUS dropped the Continuum bomb on Twitter stating it will be available on Verizon Wireless on November 11. This pretty much confirms the event will be centered upon Samsung’s latest Galaxy S smartphone with a special 1.8 inch ticker screen just below the main screen. Expect additional specs and pricing information to come during the event later today, and probably a Verizon Wireless press release to follow shortly. According to latest rumors, however, the Samsung Continuum is expected to sell for $199 with a two year contract. We’ll recap the Samsung event and keep you updated on any other major announcements that may occur tonight, so keep it here.
