Samsung Galaxy Nexus Not Expected To Launch Until December
We have some bad news for those interested in picking up the Samsung Galaxy Nexus through Verizon Wireless. According to a report by BusinessInsider, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Nexus will not launch until sometime in December.
The Galaxy Nexus by Samsung is a particularly attractive Android smartphone not only because it runs high-end hardware coupled with 4G LTE connectivity, but because it is running the latest version of Android — Ice Cream Sandwich. A pure Google smartphone on Verizon Wireless has been unheard of, but the Galaxy Nexus finally makes it a reality. Given the fact that Verizon currently offers two great smartphones in the DROID RAZR and Rezound, it is hard for consumers to swallow the fact that they will have to wait at least another week before the Galaxy Nexus launches.
