Samsung Galaxy S4 seen in Benchmark
There is absolutely no doubt that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is among the most awaited smartphones of this year. Sony Xperia Z and HTC One may try to steal its thunder, but the Galaxy brand has now become a power to be reckoned with. HTC is holding an event to launch its very own flagship device on 19 of February and will aim to release the smartphone well before April that is when the Galaxy S4 is supposed to come out.
The Korean manufacturer will make sure that when its latest flagship super phone comes out; people will flock to get their hands on it. That is why the rumors are coming hot these days regarding the much awaited smartphone. The Galaxy S4 was previously seen at a benchmark not so long ago and yet we have another benchmark results for you. The device popped up at NenaMark 2 and is looking to be Verizon bound. The benchmark results list the model number as SCH-I545, as we are well aware that he Verizon version of the Galaxy S3 had the number SCH-I535, the connection is quite prominent. We now have no doubt that the Galaxy S4 will be numbered exactly like this. The benchmarks also show that the smartphone will feature the previously rumored 1,920 x 1,080 full HD screen.
The phone will be packing a 1.9 GHz processor, while we do not have the model or make of the CPU, we do suspect it to be at least a quad core one. The Qualcomm Adreno 320 GPU also dictates that the processor will be quad core Snapdragon one. While we have yet to see the old S4 Pro being clocked at 1.9 GHz, we suspect if Samsung did decide to go down the Qualcomm path, it will chose to use the latest Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T CPU.Well that is it for now. But will the US once again get half the processor power than the international version or Samsung will make one version of Galaxy S4? These are the questions still left unanswered. We for instance would love to get a Octa Core Galaxy S4.
